Highly recommend GHC Building Maintenance for all of your big cleaning needs! We had some cat urine on the headrest of one of our sofas that had been sitting there for almost a week (they couldn’t get to their litter box for 3 days ☹️) and we just couldn’t get it cleaned well enough with store bought cleaners. Ron, the owner, responded to my messages quickly and did an AMAZING job helping us with this problem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was introduced to this business by a FaceBook ad, many of which I always thought were scams, however, found this business owner to be very responsive via Messenger. I was made aware of availability and scheduled an appointment to have all carpets in my home cleaned including stairs/closets and one room deodorized. The quote was fair. Ron called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. He arrived, let me know what to expect and quickly got to work. He patiently worked around my disabled Mom's bedroom and was very polite throughout. He even asked if I wanted to do a walkthrough to inspect, which I didn't. I felt like I could trust him. Most of all, he did not make a water mess on my laminate floors as I've experienced with other cleaners in the past. Overall, I am pleased and would use GHC's services again - probably for a carpet refresh and upholstery cleaning.

We scheduled a carpet cleaning for our elderly family members, who live several states away. Ron made the appointment process so easy, and was so kind and professional while performing the service. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience, as are our family members!

Mattress looks great and smells great! They were early which I loved and was fast and efficient. Communication was amazing from the beginning and price was fair. Highly recommend.

They were awesome! I went to a doctor’s appointment and came home to a brand new sofa that smelled of French vanilla! The couch is even more comfortable than before. I can’t thank these guys enough! I’ll be hiring them again for sure.

We recently had movers come in and unfortunately they created some heavy dirt stains as they moved things in and out of the house. We called GHC and Ron was amazing! He communicated well, let us know when he was on the way and got ALLL of the stains out with ease! Even the old ones from our pet. If you’re debating on who to clean your carpets please hire GHC Building Maintenance! We’ve had the carpets cleaned before and they have never looked this good!

General carpet cleaning

Ron was able to fit us in (the very next morning)when an issue developed with our original scheduled carpet cleaner. Ron arrived on time & was professional & proficient. Carpets are clean and we're happy clients.
