Ron came today and cleaned the bedrooms and staircase. He was actually on time. Very punctual. I would recommend him again & again! My staircase had serious stains. Ron got it out with no issue. I really didn’t want to walk on the carpet after he cleaned. Thank you so much Ron!

I reached out to GHC Building Maintenance because of all the positive reviews that I read personally to make a decision on choosing a reputable company that will get the job done. I contacted them and Ron, responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. We scheduled an appointment and he notified me he was on his way and arrived right on time. We did a walk through of the carpeted areas and he was honest and upfront about the specific sections I had concerns about. He did a very thorough job and I asked him right before he was done if he could take a look at my living room area rug and if we can include it in the cleaning and he was more than accommodating to spot treat the area rug and clean it too. The carpets and area rug look brand new. If you need your carpets cleaned contact GHC Building Maintenance. Ron, went above and beyond our expectations!!!

Prior to Ron and GHC Building Maintenance coming to clean our carpets, I thought the only way of making them look better was to replace them. We are beyond happy with the service provided as we feel like Ron breathed life back into the carpets by removing hard to remove (and attempted previously by others) pet stains and odors. I wish I had taken a picture to show the before and after of the carpets. Our carpets feel fluffy and light like when you get new carpet installed. Professional, on-time and great communication just makes it a no brainer to have GHC Building Maintenance clean your carpets!
