Reviews for GHC Building Maintenance

Came for a last minute emergency! Did a wonderful job. He will be my go to going forward!

Ron was awesome! He got us in earlier than expected for the upholstery cleaning of our 2 recliners. He showed up early and was very pleasant and respectful of our stuff. DID A GREAT JOB! Will definitely be using them again.

Professional, timely and great service!!

Was a good experience and was very professional and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

Ron was great. He answered me within minutes and came to the house to clean my couch next day. Couch looks great and I would recommend (as I already did) for sure!

GHC maintenance came and cleaned the carpet in my bedrooms and they did such an outstanding job. They were on time and they clean spots that I could never think could be clean. My carpet looks so beautiful like it’s brand new. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs their carpet clean. I give kudos to GHC building maintenance.

We used these guys today and they did a great job and they were so courteous. I would strongly recommend them. I will use them again.

I have been using GHC for years and they never disappoint! I am always amazed at how clean they can get my carpet and furniture looks and how fresh everything smells!

If I could give more stars, I would! Ron went above and beyond even when that customer wasted an hour of his time! The sectional and chaise/sofa look and smell great! Thanks again

Ron was amazing! The prices he gave us were absolutely affordable. He got rid of the pet urine and odor from a couch we had purchased. Everything smells so fresh and clean, and it didn’t take it long at all! I am having him back to clean my rugs and other upholstery. I highly recommend if you want affordable, fast, efficient cleaning. Thank you Ron!

This was my second time using GHC Building Maintenance, and they never disappoint! They always go the extra mile, not only did they do an amazing job on my carpets, but they’ve also taken care of things like my kitchen chairs, mattress, and area rugs. With two small dogs in the house (who are thankfully finally trained!), it’s such a relief knowing I can count on them to make everything look fresh and spotless again. I would definitely recommend GHC, they have me as a customer for life!

Great price. Ron did an amazing job cleaning my mom's carpet! There were lots of stains from cats and when he was finished the carpets look like new! I highly recommend Ron for any carpet cleaning you may need.

Very fast and efficient. Carpet looked and smelled clean. Scheduling was smooth and responded appropriately. Was respectful of my home and kind. Thanks for the hard work!

Quick and professional. Great communication. I would highly recommend. The service provider cleaned up after himself and my couch looks so much better!

Very professional and did a great job! Definitely will use them again 😊

Ron was a pleasure!
My carpet looks like new!
Yoy are in great hands with this company!

Communication was great. Ron was punctual. Very professional. My rug looks brand new!! On a covered porch it had gotten very dirty. Would definitely use them again!

My furniture and area rugs look new again! The technician did an outstanding job. I was going to replace them but this saves a lot of money! I’m very pleased.

Excellent cleaning

WOW look at those vacuum lines! Preparing my late parents' house for sale took a lot of doing, and the carpets were in sad shape. But thanks to Ron and GHC, they look fantastic!!
