I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Ron did steam cleaning my carpets and upholstery! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. My carpets look brand new, and he was able to remove stains I thought were permanent. The upholstery on my couch and chairs is fresh, clean, and smells amazing. GHC Building Maintenance was recommended by a friend. I was looking to get the upstairs carpet and a used sofa (recently bought on FB marketplace) cleaned. Ron did a great job removing stubborn stains from the carpet/sofa. Overall very pleased with the company. They were very professional and quick to respond. Amazing service. Ron was able to schedule quickly. He was very professional, and my carpets looked and smelled great after he was done. All of the stains were removed and no evidence they were there several weeks later. Highly recommend.

Ron did a great job on our carpets! He answered quickly and was able to get us in same day. He was communicative about his timing. We have a three story town house and he was able to get both sets of stairs as well as our bedrooms carpet looking brand new. We also had a mattress that needed a deep cleaning and he was able to do that as well. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Ron from GHC was very professional and did the job quickly and did AWESOME. We moved into a new apartment from an old apartment that had a smoker above us. The couch and all the mattresses were exposed for over 8 months and smelled horribly. Our one mattress and our ottoman also had some bad staining. Not only are the stains completely gone, but so is the smoke smell. I'm so relieved he was able to save our furniture. Thank you, Ron. 10/10 recommend. (Fyi: the card you gave with the QR code to leave a review does not work..may want to look into that).

GHC was early for my appointment and very professional. My carpet had not been professionally cleaned in some time. GHC came and made it look like new! The fragrance smells good as well. Can’t wait to use his service again! Sooo my camera sucks, it looks much better in person.
