Quentin arrived precisely on time - very friendly and very informative. My couch is old and had not been cleaned in quite a long time.The cleaning didn't go as well as I'd hoped, however it was not the fault of GHC. They charged exactly what they quoted on Thumbtack - no surprises. I would definitely recommend them!

I contacted GHC crew to come in and do the stairs and main living room in our 3 story townhouse. They indicated they'd be out 430pm that saturday and were actually able to bend their schedule and make it to us by 11:45 am; PERFECT! I had to continue doing work for my job but while doing so, they were courteous fast and very effecient. I had spots from our yorkie that are all but noticeable now. These guys are the truth! I barely even realized they were here. This is a very spacious home and they did an IMMACULATE job in a very fast and timely manner. Our carpets look like new!!!! I would refer them to anyone and i look forward to doing business with them again in the future. At their prices, you can't beat it.

We are very pleased. Our carpets look so much better after Quinton cleaned them. He did wonders on the pet stains we had. He was so personable, polite, and a very hard worker. We are so thankful he came the day after I called and worked us into his schedule at a time that suited us due to the nature of our stains. Our carpet is 10+ years old and they look so much better than we had even hoped they would. Thanks, Quinton!

These 2 gentlemen did an excellent job cleaning my car seats. Getting my seats clean was way overdue so there were many stains on the seats, along with having two children in the back seats, those seats had the majority of stains. They were on-time & very courteous. I would recommend them to clean any upholstery needs you may have.

Excellent cleaning and even better customer service. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get a reply via Thumbtack, they were right on time and kept in close contact the day they were cleaning the carpet. I needed a call 15 minutes before they came and had to change plans a few times, but it was no big deal for GHC and my grandparents are thrilled with their now clean carpet. We'll definitely be calling GHC again. Thanks a bunch you guys, we sincerely appreciate the great work!!!!

OMG....I went to my son's house after these guys cleaned his carpet that the dog urinated in the hallway and when I tell you I was able to stay at his house for hours without gagging. I am so happy and it was affordable.

My experience was pleasant. He did an amazing job and really took his time to get a perfect job. He took the time to listen to my needs and was able to give me exactly what I wanted.

All we can say is that the pride you took in the work that you so maticulusly did for us was beyond what we expected! A rare experience anymore... someone who was careful, hard working, respectful, and above all, a beautiful person all the way around. GHC will be new carpet cleaning company. :)

Carpet looks great!

They arrive on time and was very professional, I also like the fact he was very knowledgeable on how to maintain the different types of carpet. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Considering age of carpet almost 15 years old GHC did a good job. Only one room wasn't too promising but the guy offered recommendations before completely replacing the carpet.

Young man was polite and very professional. Did an outstanding job. I have him coming back tomorrow to steam clean carpet. Did couch and loveseat today. Highly recommend them.
