They arrived early and did 2 rooms, stairs, and hallway in less than 2 hours. It looks amazing.

The carpet cleaning itself appeared to be alright but after it dried I noticed there were still some stains. I had to use a towel and light detergent to do some cleaning few hours later. For me the BIG issue was Quintin changed the location of water pipe from inside the house to pipe outside the house without asking me and I did not notice. The pressure from his house caused water to splash through outside vinyl into the inside and this caused a flooding of my carpet and major stress and $dollars. I thought I had a leaking pipe so did not want to fault Quintin, but I got a very experienced plumber who realized the faucet Quintin used(which I never use as it is outside the house) had a leak that caused splashing of water through the vinyl of the house. Quintin would have caught this if he payed more attention to detail. Word of advice, follow your carpet technician all around to make sure you know what they are doing. Advice to Quintin: let home owner know what tap or faucet you are using and fill them in on the process as some people are new to carpet cleaning service

He arrived early, checked out the place, set up quickly, and did a fantastic job. Quintin made old carpets look alive again. I would use him again. Thanks for a good job and a knowledgeable worker. Mart

GHC did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I should have taken a before and after picture - the results were incredible!

They came immediately but the stain did not come out. Probably not their fault.

JOB WELL DONE Quinton!!! He did a great job getting our carpet cleaned. We have 3 little boys who have created stains all over the house and Quinton was able to get most of them out - Juice stains, dried clay etc... Some stains remain but they looked lighter and better than before. My appnt was at 8 am and he gave me a call prior to that to let me know he was on the way. He did an AWESOME job alone and spent perfecting the job for about 2 hours. Thank you for your service and will hire GHC again.

First, the professionalism and high level of customer service provided by GHC Building Maintenance, LLC was great. They have a very professional and polite team that communicated effectively throughout the entire process. It is getting harder to come across this level of support with many businesses - especially the big ones. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to a scheduling conflict that came about. My service appointment was at the end of the day and the scheduling was backed up from previous appointments - so it delayed my project from 5pm to ~6:30pm. However the company remained in constant communication and kept me updated the entire time. I still had to pay full price and it pushed me back until about 8pm. Other than the timeline, the carpet cleaning turned out great and I was satisfied with the results and would recommend this company to a friend.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was very nice and did his job very efficiently and quickly. The carpet was extremely soiled, however, so there were many spots still on the carpet when he left. He apologized that he could not get them out.

They responded with a reasonable quote immediately. Quentin worked with my schedule and arrived on time--actually a few minutes early. Very polite. The room and the hallway looked brand new. He didn't leave a mess and he likes dogs, which is a plus because we have 6 of them. I will call on them again before Christmas. Couldn't have asked for better service or price.
