Quinten was wonderful. He was a professional from start to finish. My couch had hidden stains so after the first application he was happy to come back and try again. Final product was good. He did his best. Great customer service!

Super impressed! They were very professional, I initially hired them for my “car seats” but added my house carpet last minute and they did it with no problem. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of work was great. I will hire them again and definitely refer them!

Came next day and got rid of dog smell in carpet of home we had just bought! Very happy.

We received a quote for one room to have the carpet cleaned and several rooms to be mopped clean. After they sent to quote and we accepted, we provided contact information for our realtor to let them in to do the work. Over a week later still not done. They won't return calls, answer emails or anything. We are stumped. We didn't do anything wrong but we're being treated like crap!

Had an emergency and needed carpet and furniture cleaned asap. Called on a Friday and they were there the next day on time, did a fantastic job and we got a quote for some more work that we would like to have done in the next couple of weeks.

Just got the carpets shampooed and OH EM GEEEEE outstanding service, beyond reasonable pricing and oooooooo I’m sooooooo satisfied. Those here in the Queen City, reach out to them. The guys was on time, very polite proceeds to clean my livingroom chairs,he started on time and finished 3chairs in 45 min,i asked you did not move the chairs and get the sides or the back,his response was we only CLEAN,what is VISIBLE,as soon as you walk in my home the first thing you see is the back of my sofa, im not satisfied with this company and from their Facebook page they are better at CARPET, then UPHOLSTERED CLEANING, 6/18/18
