I would definite recommend- Outstanding work and professionalism

They are very professional and punctual. Came out and evaluated the carpet stains and was very honest about some of the stains and warned me they maybe difficult to remove. Overall they did an exceptional job! Very satisfied and plan to use them again.

Work Quality is nice, but their is room for improvement on value factor.

Quality and professionalism were right on point and our carpet looks great. If there is any complaint it is that they dumped the waste water which included the pet hair right in the edge of our flower garden. For one, I am not sure this is even legal, but also not very appreciated to have to clean up after them.

I sent my request around 7ish am and received a response with an hour or so with a yes for same day service. He called when he was on his way. He was professional, nice and swift with his work. I highly recommend GHC.

We discussed what I needed, he provided a very reasonable quote, and we scheduled the cleaning for just a few days later. He was very personable and professional on the phone. He contacted me on his way over when he was about 45 min away and was right on time. Came in; looked at all the areas to be cleaned; said the quote was good - didn't upcharge or fee me any extra. He and Tory went right to work pretreating and cleaning. They were done with everything in 2 1/2 hours. All the rugs and carpets look great! I highly recommend them and will use them again. He did not ask for this review - I offered because of their exceptional service!

Quinton was on time. Carpet looks great! Took longer to dry than I thought it would but very pleased!

The only problem I had was that it took forever for the rugs and couch to dry. They were still damp the next morning.

Awesome service!! I needed someone last minute and not only were they quick to respond but their rates are extremely competitive. They called before they came and arrived right on time. I thought for sure the carpets wouldn't be brought back to life and they look as thought we put down brand new carpeting! I recommend them for any of your upcoming cleaning projects!
