My overall experience was excellent. They called and could come earlier - which was a WIN! Very good communication, services performed was great. They were able to remove the stains from my dog's surgery making my mattress look brand new again. Thank you again!

Did a great job on cleaning the upholstery. The results were way better than some of the other vendors we have used in the past.

Very professional, accommodating on the time of the cleaning, called to verify, showed up on time, was quick, cleaned a couple extra things I had and emailed me my invoice/receipt as requested. Would recommend and use again.

(residential home) I had a great experience with GHC Building Maintenance. I live in a rental home and my carpet had some really nasty stains in it. They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I did have to pay a little extra to have them help me move the furniture around to ensure 100% of the carpet was cleaned. I thought it was a totally reasonable price for the ask, which included moving large sofas, beds and large furniture. Polite, professional and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Did a great job cleaning a second hand sofa and loveseat. I did opt for the disinfecting which is a spray they put on last unfortunately, it has a strong smell of oregano, so it killed the very fresh Febreze like smell, the cleaning gave. all I know I was very pleased with the results and I'm sure that smell will go away.

I worked with this company to clean a Client's Carpets when I could not accommodate their request (my company doesn't use the hot water extraction method). Quinton was extremely professional, personable & very friendly. He did a GREAT JOB! He actually cares about the work he does and didn't just get in & get out like others I have worked with that just rushed thru to get to the next job. I could tell that he truly loves the occupation he has chosen & it showed in his efforts.. He got up ALL stains, even some that we thought would not come out! The rates were more than affordable..

Quinton and Ron are two professionals who do quality work. My carpets and upholstry look much better than they did before they were cleaned.

I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment but I will say that they were so friendly and helpful both when I made my appointment and when I called back in to cancel. Next time I need a carpet shampooed - they'll be my guys.

My experience with GHC building maintenance was excellent! Not only was I able to schedule an emergency cleaning of my couch (due to dog urine!) for the next day, they also did a great job! They were able to remove the stain and smell. I really appreciated how fast they were able to come out and take care of it. They also cleaned our carpets at the same time and it was very affordable. Additionally, there was a miscommunication about access to the apartment and they waited until the apartment office was open. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
